Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for the custom taxes or import taxes that may apply. The seller are not responsible for delays due to custom inspection.

Shipping Surcharge: We will request surcharge the extra shipping fee if the exact shipping fee exceeds the paid shipping fee.

Responsibility of Buyer:

Please keep tracking your own parcel and prepare to receiving parcel, if face on delivery problem contact to post office for help directly. (If Buyer without accept his own parcel on time and Post office return parcel to sender, Buyer need to pay all additional shipping fee created from this case.)
